You are guaranteed a minimum return on your investment. If you own a three bed as in the case of unit # 30, you are paid US$ 20,000.00 per year and allowed 4-5 weeks of usage. This is a minimum guaranteed payment to you, should there be a zero performance in terms of rentals.
