Christos has over 20 years experience in real estate sales and marketing as well as finance, vacation and shared ownership industries, including over eleven years experience working in both Antigua & St. Lucia where he was one of the top performers in his field.

Christos has been based in St. Lucia the last 6 years where he has built up a great deal of experience and knowledge in regards to our unique market place - as well as an enviable list of clients and referral agents world wide.

Prior to agreeing to head up St. Lucia Sotheby's International Realty Christos ran his own operation - market leading ASPIRE a specialist sales and marketing firm that also provided input on shared ownership sales strategies - and before this he was the managing director and director of sales and marketing for one of the world's most exclusive Private Residence Clubs.

Christos is also a frequent industry speaker on topics such as; effective sales & marketing strategies, critical success factors in designing a marketable product, and how innovative marketing can overcome sluggish sales in a bad economy.

Christos brings a great deal of new energy and skills to the Sotheby's International Realty operation in St. Lucia and his specialist skills in terms of sales & marketing can only help St. Lucia Sotheby's Realty strive for the top position in the region.

Not only is Christos able to assist the single home owners in St. Lucia looking to rent or sell their homes but also the visitors to our enchanting shores - be it their first time or their tenth - looking for the prefect home or investment opportunity.

Christos' depth of skills, experience and knowledge can be applied to traditional sales however his experience will also prove invaluable when discussing options, strategies and marketing plans with developers and resort owners.

Angad Singh - Associate Broker

On November 12th 2012, Angad Singh joined Sotheby's International Realty in St. Lucia as an Associate Broker. He has lived in St. Lucia for the past 18 years and is very much familiar with the real estate market in St. Lucia. Prior to working at Sotheby's International Realty, he held the position as Country Consultant for St. Lucia for Global Investment I Ltd. UK, where he managed and oversaw the execution of a project on ‘Luxury Living in St. Lucia' which is published in The Sunday Telegraph in the UK.

Angad pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Environmental and Natural Resource Management and Geography and has completed a number of research projects on the environment in Trinidad & Tobago. He has also represented St. Lucia and the wider Caribbean as an Ambassador at various high level conferences on Sustainable Development such as TUNZA-LAC (Colombia, 2011), World Youth Congress (Brazil, 2012) and One Young World (USA, 2012). He was also selected by UNESCO to work as an Editor in the United Kingdom (2012) to compile the first ever Youth Version of the 2012 Education For All (EFA) Global Monitoring Report: "Youth and Skills: Putting Education to Work." He was selected as an Editor based on his editorial experience, copy-writing experience, and digital skills from a Task Force of over 500 members who contributed over 700 articles/images.
