The luxury villa is on the ground floor with incredible views over the ocean, the property is very spacious with a large entrance hall which opens into the open plan living and dining space with high end furniture, the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar offers dishwasher, electric stove, washing machine and dryer is just off the kitchen. Large patio doors open onto a patio area which offers a stunning al fresco living and dining. With its own large infinity edged private pool and large front terrace, the lounge stretches from the beautiful colonial style interior out to the large terrace with fantastic ocean views. Off the hallway gives access to the cloakroom along with the three bedrooms, the master bedroom which is large and spacious has doors to a patio with ocean views along with built in storage and a full en-suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower. The second bedroom is also spacious with built in storage, en-suite bathroom with shower and his and her sinks. Doors to a private terrace offers incredible views of the ocean, the bedroom also has a separate front door. The third bedroom also offers built in storage, en-suite shower room and a sperate front door.
