The property consists of a plot of land with multiple buildings / structures. It is located on the outskirts of the town of Soufriere, accessible directly off the Soufriere – Canaries Road. The steep sloping and elevated lands provide a view of the town of Soufriere, the Caribbean Sea, the Soufriere volcano and the Pitons, among other landscape features.
