The property, Marigot Bay 3 Bed

This unique three storey villa, which is circular in shape, enjoys spectacular views of Marigot Bay and the Caribbean Sea. Marigot Bay is arguably one of the most picturesque bays in the Caribbean.

Entrance: is into a spacious and airy foyer with stairs leading to the open plan living/dining and kitchen. The space is cleverly divided into a relaxing lounge area with beautiful views over the bay. A more formal dining area and a comfortable TV/ media space. The kitchen area has fitted cupboards, a double sink, a dishwasher, a gas cooker, large fridge/freezer and microwave. There is also a great breakfast bar area.

Due to the circular layout of the space the views can be enjoyed from the entire level.

A balcony runs around the entire floor and at the front of the property breakfast can be enjoyed overlooking the bay. Equally this balcony space is the perfect place to watch the sunset over a relaxing drink.

There are mosquito screens on all the windows.

Bedroom level:

At the ground floor entrance there are three double bedrooms. The large Master bedroom has an En-suite shower room with w.c. and w.b. The bedroom has an overhead fan and doors opening onto a balcony, again with lovely views.

The other two double bedrooms both have overhead fans and balconies and share a shower room with w.c and w.b.

Also at this level is a large utility room with washing machine, dryer and sink.

The deck and pool and BBQ area are at the entrance level and overlook the bay.

At a lower level is a large office and store room which could be converted into additional living space if required.
